Introduction

I believe in creating a ceremony that reflects the couple. Whether you desire writing your vows or choosing from prewritten. Your ceremony needs to be one that represents you. I also perform specialty ceremonies; handfasting, jumping the broom, candle, wine, sand, and poetry reading. Your wedding is written to reflect you! My husband can take non-professional photos for you and supply you with the SD card of all the pictures for a $75 fee, and be one of the 2 witnesses required if needed! $50 Military discount.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Base price is $200. Add on prices could be: Rehearsal $75 (if on a day other than the ceremony), destination travel to Rainforest, Crystal Mountain, or Lake Wenatchee/Leavenworth, Peace Arch/Blaine adds a $50 fuel charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First a phone call or text/email to discuss the ceremony of your dreams. Then we proceed as each couple needs to feel comfortable with the ceremony.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a nondenominational ministry license, and have preformed ceremonies for Christian, Pagan, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, same sex, multi-cultural and agnostic clients. After all, Its about the love!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My niece asked me to officiate her wedding, it just so happened it included dressing as Elvis! After retiring from my 30 year Nursing career I decided continuing being of service was important to me, and what better way than to be part of one of the most special days in a couple's life!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Nondenominational, Christian, Multi-cultural, Same sex...people in love. Fantasy wedding, Handfasting, Steampunk, Jumping the broom, Corpse Bride, Nightmare before Christmas, Snow, rainforest, beach, elopement, destination and traditional.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I performed a handfasting ceremony where the couple sealed their vows with a toast from drinking horns. I have to say the vows from the steampunk ceremony was beautiful, and performing another ceremony as Elvis was fun!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who will listen to and respect your wishes, but isn't weary of giving suggestions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about whether you would like to write your vows, or repeat vows. What means the most to you, so you create the wedding memories you will cherish.
