Monty Powers metal fabrication and blacksmithing.
I’ve got forty years experience in metal fabrication. I am not set up to do woodworking, glass, trex or vinyl. I’ve spent most of my life working for other people as well as doing my own work for my clients . I’m at a point in my life where I need to work for myself exclusively. I have had work in several publications. I currently have a small amount of work but I’m looking to expand. I do railings fences and gates. I do repairs. I can weld stainless . I can do historical restoration using traditional methods. I can mimic existing iron work. I do artwork and yard art. Branding irons flowers. I do some sheet metal work.
I have equipment to handle most site work. However I cannot weld on light gauge Aluminum such as Ford aluminum truck beds and bodies. I work out of a small shop but I can enlist help with larger jobs. I do most of my rendering on sketchup or paper. I can work with other people’s drawings from other cad platforms. I have references upon request. I’m not the cheapest or fastest but I get the work done.
