What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer military and first responder discounts of 10% for qualifying customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will either message or call you regarding the request for our services. Upon receiving details of the job we will schedule an appointment to get eyes on the project for final measurements, or if that is not required we will begin the project requested. From there we will send updates of the project during the entire process. Upon completion of the job, we will send over a digital invoice for payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended welding school for welding manufacturing and metal fabrication. I received certifications in welding through companies that I worked for. From basic structural certifications to classified certifications.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was home from college one winter break, I picked up a welder to play around with and build something. I never turned back. I fell in love with welding and the possibilities of everything I could build with it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with residential customers, businesses, and commercial contracts.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently repaired a pressure washer bracket that broke. I got to engineer and repair a stronger and more reliable form of bracket. It took about 2 hours in total to design and build.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Advice I would give is to be open to all possibilities that come forth with a project. You may have an idea that us providers had not thought of, or listen to the ideas the provider has. Most likely this isn't the first time that a project like this has appeared.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Questions they should prepare should defiantly include timeline, cost, drawings (if applicable), forms of contact, warranties, etc.
