CBR covers the whole process including pulling the city permit, materials, and labor for fabrication and installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step after we receive your call is to speak with you to understand the situation and schedule a free estimate to analyze the best possible solution to exceed your expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 2 decades of experience in pulling permits, fabrication and installation of Staircases, Railings, Fencing, Gates, and more. - Licensed in various counties - OSHA approved and recommended

How did you get started doing this type of work?

CBR began as a small welding shop when Joshua Bayer noticed a lack of quality Staircases and Railings with a Rapidly growing demand. Early on CBR established a reliable hold on the market through high customer satisfaction and return rate through quality products handcrafted by artists of their craft.

What types of customers have you worked with?

CBR has worked with a variety of customers over the years including the home of current F1 Driver Logan Sargeant, a variety of luxury communities in Palm Beach County, and Extravagant Custom Homes in Las Olas.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that we worked on was for CKA Construction in Las Olas. In this home, we custom-fabricated a Fully Ornamental Gate, Fence, and Railings with Gold Details, to make the already Lavish home stand out even more. The total project spanned over 1 year.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice that we would give is to always be mindful that you are purchasing the correct materials for your job, for example, NEVER do a steel gate on the outside of your home without the proper treatment because the weather will oxidate and ruin the gate.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should understand that Metal Fabrication is an art, handcrafted, by experienced professionals. There is always someone else to do it cheaper but you are the one that will need to live with the imperfections. When you decide to make the investment in your home we guarantee that we will exceed your expectations.
