We do not aim to be the cheapest company. I don't not want my buisness built upon mediocrity. We always do the best job possible in each circumstance, and we refinish with the intent of it lasting a very long time. We can offer lower pricing In some circumstances, but we are not competing with other companies, we accel in this field of work and we charge a fair price for a high quality product. You will always get what you pay for. We offer efficient scheduling, high quality work, and a clean work environment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with a new customer we follow the below steps. 1) Get a vision or idea of what the customer wants. 2) Inform the customer on how we can go about completing said work. 3) Estimate the work 4) Schedule the job and make sure we have all the needed materials lined up by the start of the project. 5) We like to recieve 50% down payment on the first day of the project and the rest when the project is completed. 6) We like our customers to leave us a review so we know how we can better serve future customers or what they liked about our services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I was trained by a professional refinisher and have researched on my own many products, methods, and techniques to build my knowledge of refinishing. I like speaking to anyone who does high quality refinishing about how they do it and what products they use. In all the best training you can get for this type of work is experience. The more you do it the more you will learn.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started doing this 12 years ago through a friend of a friend. He was looking for someone to train and work with him. I trained with him for about 9 months before going out on my own. over the years I have refined my processes, researched and used many different products in this field. I worked on refining my process and using the best materials. Now we have a set process to complete every job and sleep well at night knowing it is done correctly.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with customers of all types. homeowners, real estate agents, investors, project managers etc. Anyone looking for refinishing work can be a potential client.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently refinished a nice kitchen for a couple. They had lived in the home for about 15 years, a nice home with quality cabinets. They were dark cherry wood and they wanted to brighten up the kitchen. We refinished there cabinets in a light grey color, cut the kitchen island bartop down to level it with the island cabinets, and removed the old lighting and installed new led flush mount lights throught the kitchen. A new quartzite island countertop was installed and we modified a miniature wine fridge to fit in place of a built in desk. All in all the kitchen turned out amazing and was so much brighter and more open. The customer was ecstatic with the results and happy to brighten up the home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There are many painters in the metro Atlanta area. Painters and refinishers are seperate trades. Refinishing is a much more detailed process that utilizes special equipment, products and processes to really get great, durable, long lasting finishes. Talk to each person and ask them "what there process is" and "what products do they use?" Hire the person who answers your questions and takes pride in there work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I want a quality work or cheap work? do I have a vision of the finished project in mind?
