What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make sure that I can connect with the person, being able to understand their needs. I put myself in their place as to what is expected of a finished task.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My trade is in welding and fabrication, but grew up in an environment that exposed me into the construction business. I grew to always want to work hands on, which is what grew my passion into helping others. Half of my years I was raised up on a farm which has provided me access into learning the ranch-hand work. I am currently in school for mechanical engineering, no specific field besides that, but have always been about working hands on.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was raised in an environment that exposed me into the construction business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Create a personal connection as you will be letting these people into your home. Have them understand the issue or project first and go from there.
