What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My base price of $15 is for one notarization only. There is an additional cost for travel. Travel fee starts at $40 Apostille begins at $150 Translation begins at $80

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first get all contact information (name, address, phone number) I ask how many signers there are. I ask if signers have non-expired state or government-issued ID I confirm the appointment (date, time, and location)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been certified by the National Notary Association. I am certified by the Loan Signing System. I am bonded, licensed, and insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my notary journey in February 2022 during the pandemic. Since then, I have completed over 1000 signings. I am now the proud owner of Nationwide Mobile Notary Service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with a diverse range of individuals, including sellers, buyers, lawyers, students, people traveling abroad, doctors working overseas, and seniors, among others, and I have helped them all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My client needed some documents Apostille within 3 days. I made it happened.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend that you look at the reviews closely. The cheapest or most expensive notary is not necessarily the best person for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the document(s) ready to be notarized? Is my ID valid, and can I obtain it? Am I comfortable signing the document? Do I understand what I am signing?
