What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will schedule a convenient time in person or by phone, zoom. I provide all services and pricing in writing. I provide clients with periodic updates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an Associate's degree in Paralegal studies. I have also worked as a Legal Document Assistant (preparing level documents) for two and a half years (2.5). Prior to that I freelanced and volunteered at the Pomona Courthouse for a year.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I became interested in the legal field approximately 15 years ago when I was helping friend with a custody and visitation. This immediately sparked my interest in the field of Family Law.
