Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is structured to offer exceptional value, reflecting the dual benefit of legal and financial expertise in every plan. Packages start at a flat rate based on your unique needs, and I provide a complimentary 15-minute strategy session to discuss your goals. I aim for transparency, so you’ll know exactly what to expect without hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I start with a free 15-minute phone or Zoom session to understand your situation and offer initial guidance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’m a licensed financial and legal professional and have extensive training in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and asset protection. This combined expertise allows me to bridge the gap between traditional, solely legal-based planning and a more comprehensive approach that also considers financial security. Additionally, we collaborate with our team of licensed attorneys for initial consultations and review final documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
In 2002, during my college years, my mother was rushed into emergency surgery for a brain aneurysm. We had no estate plans or documents in place, and the surgery left her disabled and unable to return to work. Experiencing the emotional and financial toll of that time without a plan impacted me profoundly and ultimately led me to this field. Now, as a husband and father of four, I’ve made sure my own family is protected, and I take great joy in helping others achieve the same peace of mind. I see it as doing God’s work—using my experience to support families and help them avoid the pain and uncertainty I once faced.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with a diverse range of clients, from retirees and baby boomers planning for the future to families managing recent loss. My clients appreciate the holistic protection my dual expertise provides, addressing both legal and financial aspects for more complete peace of mind. I focus on families facing urgent needs, helping them navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, I helped a widow who had just lost her husband and was concerned about ensuring her estate was in order for her family’s future. She lived about an hour away, and I made a home visit to provide her with the comfort and convenience of discussing her plans in her own space. Together, we created a plan that gave her peace of mind, knowing her wishes would be honored. The process took about 2 weeks, and she was so pleased with the outcome that she left a heartfelt video review

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choose someone who takes the time to understand your unique needs and offers clear communication. Estate planning can be deeply personal, so it’s essential to work with someone who listens, shows empathy, and is thorough in their approach. Make sure the provider is knowledgeable, transparent about pricing, and able to walk you through the process without added stress.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Consider your primary goals for your estate plan. Reflect on: Who should handle financial or healthcare decisions if you’re unable? How would you like your assets to be distributed? Are there specific people or charities you’d like to benefit? Do you have concerns about taxes, family harmony, or protecting assets from potential risks?
