What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Sending an intake form, receiving payment then the work begins.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Current member in good standings with the Florida Association of Legal Document Preparers (FALDP). Experience preparing documents for over 15 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Received a AS Degree in Paralegal Studies, worked in law firm, wanting to further assist pro-se litigants with strict budgets, by offering Legal Document Preparation Services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over 15 Years of experience working with pro-se litigants assisting with divorce, time-sharing, answers to a petition, contracts, demand letters, probate, business startups, estate planning, modifications, motions, civil law suits. Much much more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Assisting a consumer with a civil lawsuit response, utilizing information that was provided by the customer for a successful counter lawsuit. It took about 2 days for completion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure a Qualified Legal Document Preparer that is highly trained to completed your forms.

A Legal Document Preparer is a non-lawyer service, and can not provide legal advice. It is highly recommended to contact an attorney for a legal consultation. So that they can provide the needed services to the preparer.
