From apostille services and insurance services (life, auto, renters and home) to retirement savings and investments, paralegal services, and legal document assistance (Wills/Trusts, TODIs, POAs, etc.) we care. In addition to your financial needs, we also provide services to help facilitate your notary needs. Our goal is to maintain quality and professional care when working with our clients. Our focus is you! All of our employees have training from the National Notary Association and are members of the NNA. We are also all licensed, insured, bonded, and have years of experience. In addition to notary and financial services, the Cannons are well respected Wedding Officiants. They have taken their 30 years of marriage and created Memorable Ceremonies: Happily Ever After. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Notary services are based on mileage and number of signatures. Financial services are free consultations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My overall goal is wanting my customers to not only receive the services they are inquiring about, but to find out their financial goal and work with them to achieve it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a state licensed and certified notary signing agent. I have decades of advanced education under my belt achieving 2 Bachelors (BA in English - Professional Technical Writing and a BS in Criminal Justice), a M.Ed (Masters in Education) and a Doctorate in Business. I am a multi-state licensed Life Insurance Producer. I am a multi-state licensed FINRA investment advisor. I am also a state licensed real estate Appraiser and Home Inspector.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I chose the career path of financial services to help others learn adequate retirement planning, learn more about making life insurance work for you and become more aware of your money management and budgeting habits. I became a mobile notary to help facilitate my clients’ legal process as well as to travel to clients with disabilities or those unable to travel.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with customers who need notary services, life insurance review and understanding and those who need help with budgeting and finance (retirement planning).

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently helped employees who were only receiving only group life insurance through their employer obtain quality life insurance with living benefits and an acheiveable retirement plan that they could understand.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose someone who is going to not only assist your needs, but one who can take the time to answer your questions and help you obtain a better understanding of the services you're seeking.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Just try to have a financial and retirement goal in mind.
