What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once we get your contact info, someone will respond right away for a free consultation and onboarding. At the appointed time, a well-dressed 5-star notary will show up and voila!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
NNA Certified and background screened. IdenTrust Verified. Secured Signing Certified. Licensed and commissioned as an eNotary by NY Dept of State.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
To help the financially, physically, morally and emotionally convalescent not just with signatures but smiles because, in the words of the wise 10th century BC poet and king, Solomon, “A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” That’s why we always say, Have an altruistic day 🙂

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with customers in the entire tri-state area, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Rhode Island. From pent-house suites to undeveloped construction sites, Spanish-speakers to Haitian Creole speaking customers, we've assisted an eclectic bunch. We've performed remote online notarizations for international customers in Israel, Canada, etc. We believe that as civil servants commissioned by our respective state governments, we have a duty to serve the public without partiality or discrimination and we look forward to serving you and yours.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Helping a jovial and comedic 90+ year old senior citizen, who was turned down by several other notaries who were too lazy to read NY’s notarial law handbook regarding credible witnesses in lieu of a valid ID, was a career high for us. Now she sleeps better knowing that her estate will be handled as directed thanks to our team.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Notary publics are sworn into office as civil servants and therefore under oath to serve and protect our community, without partiality. When looking for a notary, find someone who takes this oath as bond and practices hospitality, courtesy, professionalism, respect, and altruism. A business or individual that's fully licensed and insured ($100k+ preferably) is a good place to start. Furthermore, reviews and their responses thereto are certainly where you begin to enter into the crème-de-la-crème (reviews can be manipulated so call and ask for a reference if you’re cautious) A diligent search and you'll find the one that'll get your documents notarized the right way, right away 😉

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Do you need documents printed? Do all signers and witnesses have a valid photo ID on their person (photos are unacceptable)? Does the document(s) have notarial wording on it? Is/Are the signer(s) verbal and in his/her/their right mind to take an oath? Are witnesses (non-related) required? If yes, how many? If you answered yes to all, or only the ones that apply to your needs, then call and get your documents notarized the right way, right away.
