What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing depends on the type of service, location, and document complexity. General Notary Services start at $10 per notarized signature (per NC law), plus a travel fee based on distance. Apostille Services start at $150 + travel, courier, and government fees. Estate Documents (wills, POAs, trusts) start at $75 for bundled services. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is $25–$50 depending on number of signers and documents. Bundle discounts are available for multiple documents or services. All pricing is transparent and confirmed in writing before your appointment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Free 15-minute consultation to understand your document type and needs. Quote sent based on location, service, and document complexity. Appointment confirmation with clear instructions and prep tips. Professional service provided on time and with proper ID verification. Follow-up for services like apostilles, with updates until completion. My goal is to make the process seamless and stress-free for you.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After spending over 10 years in the mortgage industry, I saw how much people relied on notaries but struggled to find someone they could trust — especially for time-sensitive or complex documents like wills or international paperwork. I launched Note That, LLC to provide mobile, professional, and compassionate service to people when and where they need it.
