How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
After spending over 10 years in the mortgage industry, I saw how much people relied on notaries but struggled to find someone they could trust — especially for time-sensitive or complex documents like wills or international paperwork. I launched Note That, LLC to provide mobile, professional, and compassionate service to people when and where they need it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve served: Seniors and caregivers finalizing estate plans Attorneys preparing POAs, trusts, and affidavits International clients requiring apostilles Title & escrow companies needing reliable closers Veterans, first responders, and busy professionals needing mobile notarizations on-site or at work

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently assisted a family whose father needed multiple estate documents notarized — will, power of attorney, and living will — all in one visit. I ensured every signer had ID, explained the process clearly, and we completed everything in under 45 minutes. The family was deeply grateful for the care and convenience, especially during an emotional time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure the notary you hire is certified, insured, and experienced in the type of document you're signing. Not all notaries handle estate, real estate, or international documents — so don’t be afraid to ask! A good provider should be clear, professional, and respectful of your time and privacy.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What type of document are you having notarized? Who needs to sign, and do they have valid ID? Does the document require witnesses, an apostille, or special handling? Is this a rush or time-sensitive request? Having this info ready will help me serve you quickly and accurately.
