What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with a free 15-minute phone or Zoom session to understand your situation and offer initial guidance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a licensed financial and legal professional and have extensive training in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and asset protection. This combined expertise allows me to bridge the gap between traditional, solely legal-based planning and a more comprehensive approach that also considers financial security. Additionally, we collaborate with our team of licensed attorneys for initial consultations and review final documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2002, during my college years, my mother was rushed into emergency surgery for a brain aneurysm. We had no estate plans or documents in place, and the surgery left her disabled and unable to return to work. Experiencing the emotional and financial toll of that time without a plan impacted me profoundly and ultimately led me to this field. Now, as a husband and father of four, I’ve made sure my own family is protected, and I take great joy in helping others achieve the same peace of mind. I see it as doing God’s work—using my experience to support families and help them avoid the pain and uncertainty I once faced.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a diverse range of clients, from retirees and baby boomers planning for the future to families managing recent loss. My clients appreciate the holistic protection my dual expertise provides, addressing both legal and financial aspects for more complete peace of mind. I focus on families facing urgent needs, helping them navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I helped a widow who had just lost her husband and was concerned about ensuring her estate was in order for her family’s future. She lived about an hour away, and I made a home visit to provide her with the comfort and convenience of discussing her plans in her own space. Together, we created a plan that gave her peace of mind, knowing her wishes would be honored. The process took about 2 weeks, and she was so pleased with the outcome that she left a heartfelt video review

Estate planning can be deeply personal, so it’s essential to work with someone who listens, shows empathy, and is thorough in their approach.
