Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the complexity of your case. We offer flat fees, hourly rates, or percentage-based pricing depending on the service. Flexible payment plans and bundled service discounts are available to ensure affordability while delivering top-tier legal representation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with an initial consultation to assess your legal needs and outline potential solutions. From there, we develop a customized strategy, whether it’s tax resolution, asset protection, or business structuring. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication, handle all legal complexities, and guide you toward the best possible outcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I earned my Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and became a licensed attorney specializing in tax law, financial protection, and business structuring. I’m also pursuing a Master’s in Accounting and CPA certification to deepen my expertise in tax strategy and financial planning. With experience in both government and private practice, I bring a unique blend of legal and financial insight to help clients navigate complex tax and financial challenges with confidence.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I initially took a job as a tax attorney straight out of law school, thinking it would be temporary—but I quickly fell in love with the intricacies of tax law. More than anything, I enjoyed working with my clients—good people facing tough financial situations. Helping them find a way out of the overwhelming pressure that debt and financial setbacks bring became my passion. To this day, my greatest joy is telling a client that their debt has been resolved—whether through bankruptcy, negotiation, or tax resolution—and seeing the relief that brings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from college students struggling with credit card debt to entrepreneurs earning $5 million a year. No matter their background or income level, money challenges can affect anyone, and I understand how overwhelming financial stress can be. My goal is always the same: to provide solutions and relief, and I’m always happy to help.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Be cautious of professionals who guarantee a specific outcome—in debt and finance law, while many situations are predictable, nothing is ever guaranteed. Not every debt can be discharged in bankruptcy, and not every taxpayer qualifies for an Offer in Compromise. A trustworthy attorney will be honest about your options, set realistic expectations, and guide you toward the best possible resolution for your situation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
The most important question to ask yourself is: Are you willing to put in the time and effort to get results? Whether you're starting a business or starting over after bankruptcy, financial security doesn’t happen overnight—it takes commitment and hard work. Hiring a professional is a great first step, but even the best attorney or advisor can’t help if you’re not ready to take control of your financial future.
