Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We like to price the job as a whole rather than by an hourly rate. Pricing is based on several factors such as: the areas they want us to focus, their time frame to have it completed, the size of their home, etc. Specialized services such as move in/out, hazardous clean ups, hoarding clean ups, etc are priced on a case to case basis depending on the specific job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process would be to discuss with them their expectations, areas of focus, and any specific needs/desires they might have. We would also discuss their budget, when they are needing the job to start and when they need it finished. Pictures of the areas we are going to tackle is a big help.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have years of experience professionally cleaning residential and commercial properties. My time as a stay at home mother has also provided me with priceless experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Being a stay at home mother for 14 years helped me learn how to clean properly, quickly, and efficiently. I branched out cleaning people's houses as a side job, but eventually gained employment with a professional cleaning company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with those who just need simple touch ups, to hoarding and hazardous situations, customers who are special needs/disabled, customers who have pets and/or kids, and everything in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
2story hDeep cleaned a 2 story house inhabited by 2 grown men, dogs, and cats. Went from hazardous to glamorous in about 6 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Find someone with drive, purpose, and a genuine desire to help others. Trust your instincts and always shop around first to find what fits YOUR needs best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should consider what type of service they need on a first visit. Whether they're going to want it to be on a reaccuring basis. Whether or not their budget will cover everything they are needing. The types of products they want used in their home (ex: hospital grade chemicals, nonsecented, scented, bleach, etc)
