What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are very competitive with are prices. We also offer discounts to seniors and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting a general scope of the work. I will have a few questions to go over and then we go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m athletic, so that definitely helps maneuvering around ladders and roofs and such. I’m also a carpenter so I have a keen eye for detail.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The business was handed down to me from a family member.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with all walks of life, from celebrities to normal blue collar folks like myself.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It was a large construction clean that was over 7,000 sq. ft. We have a few pictures in our photo gallery of the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say professionalism would be the first thing to look at.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long it’s been since the last time the windows have been cleaned and just the overall count of everything that needs to be cleaned (windows, screens, lanterns ) etc….
