What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts to veterans and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The initial conversation and property inspection is crucial to completing a job correctly. In our line of business there are many different techniques as well as different chemicals that can make or break the quality of the finished product. We do prefer in person quotes for that reason.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a franchisee owner, I am fortunate to have a parent company offering abundant initial and ongoing training. We are proficient in OSHA 10 and 30 protocols and all current trends in our space.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As the owner, I have always been a DIY type. I got my first pressure washer as a Christmas gift when I was 10 years old. If I wasn't helping my dad in the yard, I was in the garage taking something apart. This just seemed like a natural fit and I am helping people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers, primarily those who take pride in their home or business appearance. Most of the jobs we complete are for aesthetic purposes but also people are surprised to see how what we do can impact the longevity of their home/business surfaces. The desert heat and dirt can take their toll on painted surfaces, glass surfaces, solar panels, you name it. Getting that grime and grit cleaned regularly is so important.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to go with the company that has the proper insurance, proper training, and proper equipment. The wrong combination can be a disaster.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We always recommend taking a look around your entire home and look for any surface that may need cleaning. As part of that inspection be sure to look for any repair that may be needed, we have partners across many other industries that may need to come out before a professional cleaning is conducted.
