What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I enjoy working with new customers. My goal working with new customers is to determine what type of services are needed and how we can provide the best service available in the industry for the best price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have owned and operated Scottsdale Window Cleaning for the past 20 years and have over 20 years of professional window cleaning experience. I am proud to have earned and maintained an Elite Status in the industry as well as a 5- Star Rating from all of our satisfied customers we have worked with over the past 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started part time when I was in school and enjoy the art and satisfaction of professionally cleaning windows which eventually lead to full time, then jumping in and starting my own business.

Residential, Resorts, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, High Rise, Celebrities, Pro Athletes, CEO's, etc...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recent projects that I am most fond of: Providing exceptional service and pricing for my residential and commercial customers. Most people don't even notice clean windows but they sure do notice dirty windows, so when I have a customer completely satisfied and enjoy their view out of a perfectly cleaned pane of glass, that puts a smile on my face:)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend all customers looking to hire a professional window cleaner to find out if a business has insurance. I would also advise customers to ask how long a provider has been in business and/or how much experience they have in the industry. There are a lot of different scenarios that come up over time and an experienced professional will know how to handle each one the safest and correct way.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would think about exactly what type of service the scope of work related to the estimate should include. Windows, Screens, Tracks, Frames, Sills, Multi- level, Sun/ Solar Shades, etc... A lot of times a low estimate is provided to gain a new customer and once the work has started, each service may be an additional price on top of the original estimate.
