Solar Panel Cleaning, Pigeon Guard Installations are vary in price based on system size, 1 or 2 story home, type of roof, how many solar arrays, type of roof, severity of Pigeon infestation, etc

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

meet and greet. Aquire scope of work, provide references! Face to face introductions are important and customer service is our first and foremost PRIORITY!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

NDC's Owners have been in the Solar Industy for a combined 18 yrs

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally started in Solar Sales. Moved in to a Regional Management position In the Solar Industry. 3 yrs ago my Solar Customers asked me to do a variety of maintenance services on their Solar Systems. They would mention that they trust me and know my work ethic and wanted me to do their Solar Panel Cleaning and Pigeon Guard Installations. So I researched all aspects of starting a Company. And this is how Nissen Direct Connect, aka: NDC came to be!!!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Pigeon Guard Installation took 3 hours! From the roof youbhave the best views, it's quiet and the work is rewarding!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are licensed and insured! Ask for references. Make sure you are getting before and after photos of the project being done. The majority of customers never go on their roof to inspect the work or project. The customer is assuming the proper and promised materials are used and the scope of work was completed. Unfortunately, many times, this is not the case.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the problem they are having? Example: Pigeon poop falling from roof, massive decrease in Solar Panel production. What is their budget, timeline and expectations for work to be completed.
