What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing includes all Taxes and Fees up front. Each project is specifically detailed to my customer needs. I provide subscription discounts for residential and routine maintenance discounts for commercial. All prices are subject to change and those changes will be projected in the Glow and go website or directly to the customer. Any additional work

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

-I get to know them, ask them questions for the service they’ve requested and gather their information. -I provide quotes remotely with a simple series of questions and using Google Earth to get a picture of the property. -Then I schedule with the customer. -Present myself ready to work, and do a walk around (360) of the property to locate any existing issues that can hinder my operation. -gain access to the property to clear any work area I need. -connect my supply hose to the customers water source if needed. -prepare all the tools I will need. -begin working. -once the job is completed I then contact the customer again to go over the finished project. -We go over payment and any additional work that the customer may want done routinely. -once we get to know each other is as simple as having a subscription service for the specific job to be done or calling back to re service their property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have the pleasure to work as a firefighter for the city of Los Angeles. Where we take pride on providing exceptional care and service to all people we encounter. This experience projects with my knowledge on working with tools and equipment in a professional and safe manner. All the way to being able to listen and problem solve any issues that may arise throughout the job. Creating standard operating procedures and protocols to follow a direct form of engagement when on the job allows me to provide an exceptional service to all my customers. With professionalism, integrity and pride.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

From routine work within facility maintenance within my job as a firefighter, dealing with operations aloft, using hose to apply water and pressure ranges I’ve learned and translated all this knowledge with over 7 years of experience into a personal business to provide the best professional service to my customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve had the pleasure to work with residential and commercial customers. Providing exceptional service based on their needs. Some prefer a detailed service with many projects throughout their home where some rely on routine maintenance and upkeep of their property/business. To Glow and Go and myself we are to give a seem-less experience where the customer can sit back and know everything they asked for will be taken care of with the respect their property deserves.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A commercial concrete cleaning pressure wash, from pre treatment, surface cleaning, stain treatment and post treatment of the concrete took about 2 hours to complete the routinely clean.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When Getting an appraisal the answers you get should be specific to the job you are getting. Don’t be afraid to ask for specific needs that your provider may not be aware you want them done.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-What is your minimum fee and is there any service charge fees? -What type of wash do you perform for each specific service? -does the service include access and moving fees? -how far in advance can I book and do I need to be present?
