Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
*********************************************************** with the customer to make sure they can get scheduled as soon as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have worked in the home service space for eight years, specifically three years in the solar industry. Spending countless hours with homeowners regarding their solar systems and solving issues that arise are commonplace for me. With this experience I have a unique perspective as to which problems arise and what solutions can be carried out to solve these problems.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I worked in the solar industry for three years and found lots of holes in the customer experience. Solar is the future of residential energy, we can't squander it simply because homeowners and their solar company had some miscommunications regarding their systems. When there's a need, we make sure we solve it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Financial gurus, insurance agents, doctors, nurses, teachers, educators, book keepers, attorneys, salesmen/women, business owners, coaches, entrepreneurs, single mothers, military veterans, big families, small families, middle aged, young professionals, graphic designers ... the list goes on and on.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
My crew and I served a family in Redlands, CA. recently and man was it a project ... 55 solar panels and 42 windows. We were able to knock this project down for this family in the morning. We are excited to continue working with them because we feel we can have a real impact on who they know because of our service with them. This project stands out as one that will reach so many other families.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for the underdog. Underdogs in the service industry are hungry to make sure that you get the best service possible. make sure you ask WHY they are doing what they do and WHAT THEIR CORE VALUES ARE AS A BUSINESS. When you ask these questions, review their work to see if their answers align.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are my panels up and running the way they need to be? Are my energy bills higher than normal at this time of year? could these higher energy bills be due to lower producing solar panels? When was the last time I had my solar panels cleaned? When was the last time I had my windows cleaned? Do I have an event here that would require clean windows? Maybe I should bundle the windows and solar to get a better deal.
