OUR STORY MCS Cleaning Services Inc, does all kind of cleanings Commercial and Residential, including Windows Cleaning started in August 1995. Since then, the company has been consistently and organically growing, working mostly on residential projects while retaining a reputation for service, quality and Satisfaction for the service rendered to our customers is our goal. We started as minority one-man company, giving our clients much of a personal experience as possible. we are now grown and have a few teams of employees (we also have temporary and sub-contractors) but keeping the same philosophy since the beginning. Customers can rest asure that our prices are the most expensive ones in the area for the quality we deliver, and in the end we might be giving some consideration, maybe doing windows molding with out charging, or screens, all will depend on the job size and or dificulty.

As business owner I have complete a few training courses a long the years, in the cleaning industry an expert on how to strip and wax any tipe of floor, And also customer service training, basics for the business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

August 1995, my brother was cleaning a restaurant, on goldmine St San Francisco, he told me that the company who was employing him had not paid him for several months, as translator spanish english we went to talk to the restaurant about the situation. the manager told me, bring me a business lisence and insurance and will give you the contract in that very moment, a week later i come up with the documents we sign contract, That was the begining of the long 29 years in business, and with the time we start doing everything commercial and residential.

Every customer that want to give us their business, big jobs small jobs medium size all are welcome here. just on windows we only do 1 to 4 story high.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Well there is the first Brazillian house in San Francisco, we are in love with this house every time we get it done I personally go, because i like how they appreciate our effort of getting all the details in each window. it is hilly terrain that we can barely stand there, but i like that dificult to get the job done we enjoy it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t just focus on cheapest deal. for experience over many years serving people, is price, in spanish we say, cheap is always expensive. in the end Whether you hire an individual or a business, request that the employees working in your home have a background check done, or you may want to complete one on them yourself for. Asking people you know is always best when looking to hire for home services, but if you don’t know who to ask, online reviews are considered the best way to go. what past customers experience was with the company you are trying to hire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should have the following list to ask all contractors: 1) 1 Are you licensed? (depending on state you live in) 2) Are you insured or bonded? (General liability etc.) 3) References from past or more recent jobs done? 4) Do you have experience doing this type of job? Do you have a clear idea of how long the job is going to take,
