What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. We agree on the price before starting the job. No one likes surprises at the end of the job. We ask detailed questions about the job to arrive at accurate quote. There are many variables, especially with gutter cleaning that affect pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straight forward. Once contacted, we take you through a series of questions to understand what your goal is. We assign a price accordingly. Many times this can be done over the phone, but there are times when a site visit is required.
We will schedule a time and date. We are pretty good about giving an accurate arrival time. If we run into trouble that is delaying us, we will give you notice, so you are informed.
On the scheduled date, our person assigned to you will give a call roughly a half hour before our expert’s arrival to let you know we are on the way. That way you are not handcuffed to the house wondering when we will be there.
Once the job is completed, we ask you to do a walk through. If you believe it's not 5 star worthy, we want to make any corrections on the spot. Once satisfied, we accept payment.
If for some reason, we both overlooked something, feel free to call. We realize you can be in a hurry and not notice a correction that needs to be made. We do our best to be as responsive as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 8 yrs of hands on training. Everyone in our business goes through on-site training. Our office staff are also required to do work in the field from time to time to maintain a first hand knowledge of how the work is done. This allows them to ask better questions to ensure accurate quotes, better scheduling, and most important, desired results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Eight years ago I Started helping friends hang Christmas lights. Then I turned it into a small seasonal business. Realizing people were hiring me specifically to get on a ladder, it was easy to add gutter cleaning then window cleaning.
We eventually expanded our services in the window cleaning and gutter cleaning arenas. We also added pressure washing this last year.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Every project is different, but we look for the same result. 5 Star reviews is the goal. The only way to ensure 5 stars is to first, fully understand your expectations then surpass them.
Window cleaning can also involve mirrors, chandeliers, screen repairs, replace batteries, etc
Gutter cleaning may also need repairing rust holes, resealing seams, rehang gutters to lean properly, install downspouts as needed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
This is too funny a question to not answer. What advice would we give...hire Windows Gutters Etc! Our reviews and repeat customers say it all!! We carry liability and workman’s compensation insurance and care about our customers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Obviously, you should verify they are insured. We have liability and workman’s compensation. Make sure their people are background checked.
What is the process if something is missed and a returned visit is required?
Are prices agreed upon prior to job completion?
Are there any reasons why a price could change after agreed upon?
Did they ask detailed questions before arriving at the cost?
