Introduction

I am committed to providing superior window cleaning and power washing services that not only enhance the appearance of my clients' properties but also have a positive impact on their overall sense of well-being. This dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is a core value that underpins my professional philosophy and guides my business practices. I believe that by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality, I can establish a reputation as a trusted and reliable provider of window cleaning and power washing services. I have had the privilege of being part of the window cleaning and janitorial industry since 2018. Starting as a field technician, I have worked my way up to become a co-owner within my previous company, which took me nearly 6 years. During my time in the industry, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in various aspects of the trade, including residential and commercial window cleaning, power washing, and other janitorial cleaning sectors.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is some of the most competitive in the area. We strive to give customers a great value for their dollar, while still providing the highest quality service. We usually provide discounts not only to new customers, but for loyal repeat customers as our way of saying "thanks". COUNTING WINDOWS: If you would like to know how we count windows, please refer to our PHOTOS SECTION for an easy to use guide on our counting method.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to talk to them and get to know a little more about them and their needs for our services. Once we meet in person, we stay in constant communication with them, making sure that all of their needs are taken care of throughout the entire service process. Customers can always reach out to us if they have any problems or concerns, whether during business hours or not.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have over 8 years of experience in the window cleaning and janitorial industries. I was the operations manager and co-owner of my previous employer for 5 years. I have extensive knowledge of the industry and have several certifications including Aerial Lift Certification, OSHA 10, Facilities Management and Sustainable Facilities Management Certification from the International Facilities Management Association. I also have a minor in Sustainable Energy from North Carolina State University.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started randomly. I was looking for a new place to rent and came across business partners in a window cleaning company that needed a roommate as well as an employee. I started with them window cleaning and it's now a passion of mine. I never in a million years would have guessed I would be a window cleaner but it's a career that I love and enjoy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all types of customers from large chain restaurants, to small insurance companies. I have also work with government agencies, law enforcement, aerospace engineering firms, and large car dealerships. There is no job, big or small, that I am not more than equipped to handle.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We worked with a private commercial airport. Cleaning windows right beside the tarmac was an amazing experience. Altogether the job took us about one week

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look out for the little guy. Small businesses are the bread and butter of our economy. Most of us just need the opportunity to prove ourselves worthy and typically the service and quality of work we provide is better than larger corporate types.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Just think about your expectations of our services and realize that we are not magicians. Although we strive to provide our best quality service, we're not perfect and if you expect a perfect result every time, you are setting yourself up for disappointment.
