I have no issues with pets, and absolutely love dogs and cats I treat every client I have with the respect they deserve, making sure to always abide by their reasonable needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I like to say, "if you need a excellent job done, you have to pay for it", I'll be the first to admit, I don't have bargain prices. I'm not the cheapest house cleaner, because I believe I'm one of the best at what I do. Don't be discouraged by this, you won't be disappointed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always try my best to make my customers happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Very training and education, Enough to be a house cleaner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I arrived in the USA, from my home country Brazil in 1999. Ever since, I've decide to be a house cleaner because that's What I do best, and am also very passionate about!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Customers come in all shapes and sizes, I do my best regardless. What is important is all of my customers appreciate my work, because I work very hard to make sure they're happy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I stay in the house as long as it takes to give a clean house and see my customers happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who is honest, and seems trustworthy, and also hire someone who will deliver. Know what you want, and ask prior to recieving a quote.
