Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We offer additional discounts for recurring solar panel cleanings (annual, bi-annual, quarterly, etc). We also offer combined discounts for multiple services - pressure washing, roof washing, house wash, window cleaning, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to have an initial phone conversation or in person consultation, to look at your project, understand expectations and discuss the variables involved.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have decades of leadership experience, customer service training and a drive like no other to succeed and serve our community.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We started out as a traditional pressure washing company, doing driveways, house washes, roof washes, etc but quickly found our niche in Solar Panel Cleaning. We noticed it was underserved and a needed service for customers who don't like to get on their roof to wash down highly electrified equipment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Business Owners, Homeowners, Landlords, and Tenants.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We LOVE cleaning solar panels. Whether you have 5, 50 or 500 - we thrive in an ever-changing and growing industry such as renewable energy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ensure the business is properly insured. Not every insurance company offers coverage for companies that clean panels, especially ones that do the work on the roof. We are specifically insured for both of these scenarios as it is our preferred method of cleaning solar panels.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1. Is the prospective professional licensed and even more importantly fully insured? 2. Has the professional done previous work similar to the job you are looking to hire for? 3. Does the professional in question have the necessary equipment to complete the work effectively?
