Most window cleaning and pressure washing companies can do a decent job. What makes us stand out is the customer service side. We do what we say....we show up when we are scheduled...and we always work hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. The reaction of the customer when we do a job where their home or business really needed cleaning when they see their place cleaned up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, we like to come out and take a look at the project ahead of time to make sure we are on the same page.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes. We are connected to the window cleaning and pressure washing communities which allows us to keep on top of new techniques, tools, processes. Also, it allows us to learn about any changes in the manufacturing process of glass which can be important in the way you approach cleaning

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I managed a very large commercial window cleaning company in the Midwest for 15 years and then moved to Florida to start Glisten.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs are cleaning windows at homes, retail locations, restaurants, small commercial buildings. In pressure washing the most common requests are driveways, sidewalks, patios, fences...especially on horse ranches, awnings, pool decks, and pavers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a job in Delray Beach where we cleaned up a retaining wall made of bricks that were close to 100 years old. After getting them cleaned you could read the name stamped on the bricks of the company who made the bricks. The customer was extremely happy because she had no idea what we were going to discover after removing years of mold and algae growth.
