What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing covers standard windows and all services come with free glass restoration.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Immediate communication and transparency. I can do a quote via message, over the phone, or in person based on the number of windows. When I show, I'll be in a branded vehicle and in a branded polo. I'll politely introduce myself and explain the whole process. I pride my self in communication.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years of window cleaning experience. I worked for two window cleaning companies for 7 years before starting my own business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started for a window cleaning company 10 years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have all kinds of customers, but I can honestly say that they are the best! I have clients who have homes with 9 windows up to clients with 168 windows. I enjoy the conversations with my clients the best!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a client who just replaced the windows and they had paint and silicone all over them and after I was done they looked beautiful. I love when windows need a lot of work because the instant gratification is amazing! The job took about 3.5 hours inside and out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking to hire someone in the area check their reviews to see what others have to say and I wouldn't go with the cheapest window cleaner because you want someone who takes their time and makes sure the job is done right, not the fastest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

-Do you have tint on your windows? -Do you want inside and outside or just the outside? -Does the window cleaning company have business insurance? -Does the window cleaning company have workers comp or is exempt? -Is the window cleaning company active with the state?
