Introduction

Hello, and thanks for finding me. When we first started PEC we started small and year after year more customers kept calling and my schedule grew. We opened Pro Exterior Cleaners in 2010 and grew into a full service exterior cleaning business. My first priority is my customers and providing the highest level of service possible. I’m also a firefighter so I know how to show up on time and finish the job. Trustworthy and dependable are a few ways my previous customers describe my company. Licensed and insured. 10 years strong in the exterior cleaning community.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I try and work around your budget and timetable for completion. I’m a firefighter so I give a public safety discount to all my first responder customers. Also I’m a proud supporter of the military so I like to support and offer the men and women of the military a discount off my services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First, I like to thank them for finding me and choosing me to at least give them a free estimate either by phone or text. If they choose Pro Exterior Cleaners I like to see what the customers expectations are and how we can improve their property . I love meeting new people and making sure the client is fully satisfied with my work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I stay up to date with training and on line courses. I have numerous safety and stain removal classes. I’m also apart of 3 nation wide pressure washing organizations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started out pressure washing for my friends and family with a small gas powered pressure washer. It grew every year and my name started to get out to the open public. My contacts and customer list started growing. I upgraded my equipment and became more efficient.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types. Like I said before, I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to earning there business. Thanks again

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently did a gutter cleaning job for a client. She explained to me that she had numerous companies come out to clean her house and gutters. The front section of the gutters had black marks littered down the front facing the street. She said no one could remove the black marks from the gutters. She asked if I could come out and look at them to see if I could remove the stains. I scheduled a day to clean them and she was extremely happy with the outcome. This project took approximately 2 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they hire a licensed and insured company. If you hire someone with little to no experience and they aren’t insured, your just rolling the dice praying they don’t damage your property.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Are the ready to hire a professional for said job? Are they licensed and insured? Do they feel like there knowledgeable about what there selling? Are they dependable and trustworthy? These are obvious question I ask my self before I hire a contractor.
