What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Technician/Manager will walk around the property count the windows if you doing window cleaning service, He will also take a look at any extras that you might want to include in the service; meaning ( screen cleaning, tracks, frames etc.) If doing gutter cleaning same he will take a look at your property and give you a on-site price.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Owner, Graduated High school in 2010 from Riverside Brookfield H.S. she then attended Triton College for business degree. After that owner took a yr off and started to work for a family own company for a window washing and gutter cleaning where she started off as a call center rep making cold calls to customers. Once she progress there a year after she went from making outbond to taking incoming call from customer that wanted to schedule service. After 2 years of been a CSR, she was a moved to the dispatch center where she will handle all the technicians routes. After 5 months owner of the company decided that she had the ability to be a hiring manager and asst. manager of the office. After been years in the industry she decided to go on her own and open up her own business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are Licensed, Insured & Bonded. Not a lot of the competitor have those requirements.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my service? A: What we will do is, We will call customer to let them know we are running behind do to the weather and we will come out still weather permitting or we can reschedule customer first thing in the morning the next day.
