Meeting them at their property and beginning to understand their needs and expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a lifelong DIYer, with experience with woodworking, remodeling, and construction. After leaving the corporate world, I wanted to find a business that melded my love of working with my hands with my business skills. Window Genie provides vast resource of training and education for owners and helps me find the best methods to take care of my client's needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a life long and avid DIYer with a focus on woodworking and remodeling When I was ready to start my own business I wanted to provide a service to home owners. Window Genie fit the model I was looking for.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We cleared off the roof of a local dentist's office recently. The debris on this flat roof had been there so long it was beginning to compost and small plants were growing in it. We removed 16 large contractor bags full of debris.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a professional that will stand by the work. My goal is 100% satisfaction.
