What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give 10% discount on 1st time customers, also give discounts for retirees as well as military and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When new customers call me, I make sure I answer all their questions over the phone to make sure they know we are a good fit for their project. Then I come out for a free estimate and spend time to answer more questions so they are comfortable. Because it is a big deal for homeowners who they choose to come into their home and who they can trust. We are all background checked and what all our customers really like about us is ... we send the same employee out back to your home for recurring service, so they get to know each other. And least but not last to fit everything in their budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

yes I continuously network with colleagues in the local area and belong to certified cleaning institutions statewide and nationwide to make sure we are up to the highest standards of cleaning. ISSA certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started many years ago cleaning my own carpets and I rented some equipment and found out the differences of equipments, so I invested in better equipment and got compliments from our friends and family and if I could do theirs as well. That's how I got started and saw an opportunity, I love it and I like to help people.

What types of customers have you worked with?

the most common jobs we are asked to do is carpet spring cleaning or a deep scrub for the first time carpet cleaning and then our customers like us to come back on a maintenance schedule. We clean bedrooms, stairs, hallways, landings and have multi room specials as well as furniture cleaning and hardwood and laminate floors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A husband called me the other day to have his carpets cleaned while his wife was pregnant and also clean for the first few months after the baby was born to help out his wife while she was busy with their first child. His wife got so used to us, that they have us now on a maintenance program coming out every 6 months

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

if you are looking for a good reliable carpet cleaning company be sure to ask questions and definitely get comfortable with the person you are dealing with

I have been in customer service all my life and I take great pride in continually delivering what I promise. I am totally dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. we have many references of customers if you care to inquire about our stewardship.
