My name is Alexander Chanthinith. I am the owner of “Window Revivers LLC”. We specialize in interior and exterior window cleaning. Our services include interior and exterior cleaning of all glass pane, window detailing, screen cleaning, interior frame and tracking cleaning, exterior frame cleaning, as well as solar panel cleaning. We also provide a triple filtered, zero streak, pure water system for our clients on all exterior cleaning of windows.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understanding what our customer is requesting. Do you want your windows to be cleaned interior, exterior, both? Do you want screens cleaned? Window tracks cleaned? Etc. We do our best to make sure we provide good, fast and reliable estimates for our clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a professional window filming company four years ago. I learned to professionally clean a window on commercial building before applying window film/tint. This made me expand my work personally to residential properties as well as now commercial.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper does not always mean better. We price our jobs fairly and as accurately as we can to assure full understanding of what will and should be completed before and during the project for our clients.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many windows does my property have that need cleaned? How many panes per window are there on the property? (This is different than a whole window opening) Do I want my windows cleaned interior and/or exterior? Do I want my window screens washed? Do I have storm window or regular windows? These are just a few base questions to get you started before requesting a service to help us as a team help you obtain an accurate estimate for the job.
