What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For a new client I like to get as much information about the home as possible. I will then schedule a walk though, where the client and I will go over a check list of tasks that should be done every clean, as needed, and things to tackle as time permits. I will then get them on my schedule. I try to stick with a day or time frame that works best for the client. Lastly we come and clean!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a bigger business and hated the way they operated and how I was being treated as an employee. I was determined to give my clients the best cleanings at affordable rates! Dealing with people and giving a service you need to be personal with people make them feel like people and not just business.

Commerical Cleaning, Care For U Medical Clinic, Ferndale MI Move In/Move Out Cleaning Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, and Airbnb Cleanings
