What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is different and the only way I can give you an accurate and reasonable price is to see the job. To try to price a job otherwise, I would have to buffer the price with all the unknowns.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I come to visually assess each job in order to give a more accurate and reasonable price and to make sure I come properly equipped to give the customer a true professional result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Constantly going to seminars and conferences to stay on the cutting edge of new innovations and technology related to our profession. I spent 5 years on BOD of Association of United Window Cleaners, member of International Window Cleaning Association.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I took over my father's business in 1990, when he retired.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

15 buildings at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, TX in 1 week. Wichita Falls Regional Airport post-construction cleaning in 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask if they can provide a certificate of liability insurance. Otherwise your homeowners or business insurance will be the only protection you have. We currently maintain $2 million in liability insurance coverage.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for references from recent and long-term clients.
