What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide free estimates, fair and competitive prices, and we offer discounts for “bundles” of multiple services in one appointment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer each of our customers a free estimate, and we work with each customer to arrange a convenient date of service. We understand that some property owners have a tight schedule, so the owner is not required to be present at the date of service. We devote careful attention to detail and we take care of your property as if it were our own.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have diverse staff with years of experience in this industry. Our technicians have both trained with some of the best locally, as well as trained and shared knowledge with other technicians in this industry. We have years of experience serving different types of residential and commercial properties and we specialize in treating a wide variety of building materials to ensure great results and no damage. Our knowledgeable and experienced team is ready and willing to address any questions or concerns you may have.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After years of training in the engineering field, our owner wanted to work closely with the community and provide customers with a valuable service. We are passionate about serving our customers and community, and we value the opportunity to provide an essential quality service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with a wide variety of residential and commercial customers throughout central North Carolina. We service customers with power washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, deck and porch cleaning, and concrete cleaning (i.e. driveways, patios, sidewalks, streets, breezeways, etc.).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you go with someone that is credible, established, and insured. Also make sure of the process that they use - Unlike high pressure washing, our low pressure cleaning system uses pressure similar to a garden hose and will not be forced behind your siding.

Make sure to have a clear understanding of your needs and your timeline, and prepare to be amazed with our results.
