What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Depending on the services you choose and your specific needs, we are happy to sit down an go over a maintenance plan and answer any questions you might have. We are also happy to simply agree on a time, do an excellent job, and move along hassle free. It's up to you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have nearly 10 years of experience in the gutter cleaning and pressure washing industry. We always adhere to best practices in both safety and our services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with a neighbor of mine when we were just high school kids. We did gutters up and down the block during holidays and eventually branched out to more and more neighbors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many residential home owners, property managers and realtors to provide a variety of exterior home services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am very proud of some work I did for a client in the Ballantyne area. She had been having the same gutter overflow issues every year and thought that rotten wood was soon to come. Fortunately, we were able to not only fix the issue, but install an additional downspout that provided more permanent protection against pitch issues in her system.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone who can look you in the eye and honestly say that they're interested in doing what's best for you. Small companies like Rooster Property Care take great pride in their work and value each relationship that we build.

What specific services do I need? Do I need gutter cleaning, pressure washing, or both? What areas of my property require attention? What is my budget? How much am I willing to spend on these services? Will I need ongoing maintenance, and if so, can I afford it? What is my timeline? When do I need the work to be completed? Is there a specific date or event that I need it done by? What is the condition of my property? Are there any unique or challenging aspects of my property that a professional should be aware of? Are the professionals licensed and insured? It's important to make sure the professionals you hire are licensed and insured to protect both you and them in case of accidents or damage.
