What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every home is as unique as the person requesting the work. We can do generic over the phone pricing as well as a free on site assessment to ensure you are getting the most accurate pricing while also communicating both sides expectations and commitments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can be as thorough as the customer allows. We do try to do some discovery on what services they want, when the last time any of this was done by a professional, timeline on project, the scope of work, etc. We want to do a thorough investigation to ensure we can provide the highest customer experience, quality, and on the quickest timeline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are both IWCA and PWNA certified while also providing over 250 hours of on site training for all new employees.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

AJ, our owner, started working for our founders location. After enjoying several years of leadership development trainings, promotions, and in the field training, he decided to buy into the franchise model and started Window Hero Lake Norman in 2017!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with every type of customer. Residential, Commercial, General Contractor, Property Manager, HOA Board, etc. Everyone has a property that needs to be cleaned but also is unique in their circumstances.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

There were 2 projects that I have enjoyed recently. One was a 20 building HOA community that the board came up to our team directly at the end of the project to congratulate us on the best quality and communication that they have ever had.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

How we price things are in consideration of hiring in house with 250 hours of in field training, our "standard" pricing includes what some companies consider as "add-ons", and we want to give you the highest customer experience from superb communication, being on time, efficient in our services while also providing the highest quality. If those qualities are what you are looking for, then we are that company!
