We believe we are competitive priced and provide the highest quality of results. We offer free estimates so you can decide what is the best fit for your personal needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet with the customer, define the scope of the project and provide a project estimate at the conclusion of the meeting. Nothing is hidden.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The Omaha based crew has multiple years of window cleaning experience. In addition each Crew Leader and Crew Member must pass an extensive training course before being allowed to service our customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A desire to assist my neighbors in my community was what started this and it has evolved into providing not only quality results but happy neighbors in our community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We focus on both Residential and Commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a customer that was in an "emergency" situation, she had a large party planned for Saturday. Unfortunately a blizzard hit on Wednesday and dropped a lot of dust, dirt, silt and hard water deposits on her windows. The Window Hero team trudged through the snow and made her house sparkle in time for her big event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about quality of work and guarantees.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Look at finding a partner that values your home as if it is their own. Many companies will complete a transaction, maybe even cut their prices to win the job but a true partner will value your possession and make you happy at the conclusion of the cleaning.
