What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is not really too complicated, our window cleaning service is based on the number of windows and the expected time to perform the service. Window film installation is based on square footage. Pricing for pressure washing and gutter cleaning are also based on a combination of square footage and expected time required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initially, we discuss the customers needs over the phone and if necessary I will visit the customers location for a free evaluation and estimate. Once we agree on the tasks and pricing, we will schedule the project. All discussions will be confirmed in writing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We continually attend conferences and seminars on all of our service lines to stay up to date on the latest trends and safely perform our services on our customers homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to establish a quality service company that returns phone calls promptly and provides a high quality service. A company that customers can trust to do the right thing every time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Window cleaning is our largest service but we also pressure wash nearly any surface (including decks, concrete and pavers and home siding and roofs), install solar control, safety and security and decorative window film, and clean gutters.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You always want to make sure that your contractor is bonded and insured. We also perform background checks on all our employees to ensure that they are trustworthy inside a customers home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customer's should always hire a company that is fully insured. It is also very important to understand the cleaning or installation process and the use of chemicals.
