Since every job is unique, our professionals will come to your home or conduct a virtual estimate and walk you through the cleaning process. How long it has been since your previous (if any) professional window cleaning, how many windows you have, the square footage of your house, concrete and gutters are taken into consideration when providing you with a price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our professional estimator will provide you with an in-home or virtual estimate (your choice). We will then schedule a time for our professionals to clean, protect and beautify your home. Our work is backed by a Streak Free Guarantee and our Window Care Program offers discounts based on frequency of service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Window Genie professionals are fully trained and insured. We use state of the art equipment and products to deliver superior results and treat your home with respect. We are a member of the International Window Cleaning Association and International Window Film Association.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a large pressure washing and gutter cleaning project for a development in Avon. We power washed 97 homes and cleaned all of the gutters as well. We were able to complete the project in 5 days with two crews. We were very proud of our team and the effort they put in to get the job done. The home owners and board were pleased with the results and that is what we strive for every time….happy customers!
