We work quickly, efficiently and quietly. Once we arrive, to keep disturbances to a minimum, we operate with light compact equipment. While inside any store front, office or home, we exercise extreme care with displays, furnishings and office equipment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price jobs very simple. We base estimates off of 2 things... Safety and Accessibility. Once we determine the job is safe and we can access the area to be cleaned, we charge simply by the Window count and size. You decide what you pay for. Our work is Guaranteed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Always maintain a freindly and approachable attitude. We introduce ourselves, are always in uniform, and work quietly and with efficiency. We strive for the positive customer experience 💯

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Hard work, practice and researching the craft. Window and Home Cleaning is a specific skill set that takes extreme attention to detail, patience and endurance. There are only a few window cleaning businesses that actually take real pride in their work and service. We are one of them! ✌

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to work for FISH Window Cleaning. After their shop closed, I decided to take the leap and start my own Window Cleaning Services business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked all kinds of jobs. Residential, Retail, Commercial, Gutter Cleaning and recently added are Weatherization, Power Washing and House Cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy both Residential and Commercial jobs. Probably the most fun are Residential. I love interactions with the customer and family while we work

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to meet the company in person or over the phone before you hire. 1st impressions are everything

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always be sure you know exactly what you need before having the tech come out. Only pay for what you need.
