Introduction

Specializing in the cleaning of all types of glass; including windows, mirrors, solar panels, and screens in Philly, Delaware, Central and South Jersey. Keeping screens clean is like insurance for keeping your windows clean. To keep your solar panels working efficiently (by approximately 30-50%), its recommended to have them professionally cleaned once or twice a year. Taking pride in our work, we do not cut corners. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We are a solar panel and window cleaning company. If you schedule one of the mentioned cleanings, you'll receive a discount on the other.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I enjoy getting to know my customers, walking them through the whole process; from quote to finished product, and then rescheduling.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I received on-the-job training on how to professionally clean glass, and also with heights.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My background is in the electrical and lineman field. Twelve years ago, when my wife had our first child, I decided to get into a career that was less dangerous, and still gratifying. Starting in Ohio and then moving to New Jersey, my family is enjoying every moment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with all kinds of customers in the past 12 years of doing business. From small family residential units to major commercial accounts.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to keep in mind: "You get what you pay for". If you pay a cheap price, and the person or company has not been in business for long, you most likely will be paying for a subpar product or service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What maintenance program do you offer? How much experience does the individual or company have? What is your process for screen cleaning ("insurance" for keeping windows clean)?
