What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is adjustable based on the specific needs of each client. While some customers enjoy the flexibility of all-inclusive pricing, others prefer to handle aspects of their facility's custodial care (such as ordering soap and paper towels) themselves and paying for specialty services like carpet cleaning separately as needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After you reach out to me on Thumbtack, I will schedule a quick phone call or text exchange to grab some brief details and make sure that we are a good fit before booking a meeting for a facility walkthrough.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I, myself, have been professionally maintaining commercial properties for nearly a decade. I have cleaned in every environment from industrial and retail to hospitality and beyond. I train my staff to take pride in the opportunity to be charged with the custodial care of our clients' facilities.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

While I have been cleaning for quite some time, I started in this business myself when I saw the need for a quality cleaning company that took pride in their work and respected their clients' spaces. Too many competing cleaning companies try to fit as many clients into one day as possible to line their wallets, which just leaves a bigger mess than when they arrived. We take our time at each location to ensure extraordinary quality and service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have serviced everything from large private schools to small offices and everything in between. We love to work with commercial clients of all shapes and sizes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Any project where we can really make a difference is one that we’re always fond of. One of our most memorable jobs was an emergency carpet cleaning after a “doggy accident”. We were able to clean and restore the carpet in under twenty minutes!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get several estimates and ask plenty of questions! Always go with your gut and align yourself with the service provider you feel most comfortable with.

1. How long have you been doing this type of work? 2. Are you insured? 3. Can you handle last-minute changes? 4. If there's an emergency, do you have 24/7 availability? 5. How often do you rotate staff?
