What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is transparent and competitive. There are no surprises or hidden fees. We're on this for the long term relationship so we always make sure we over explain things.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We don't make our costumers work. Usually we are able to give out fair and precises estimates by looking your address up online. Very rarely we request pictures.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I, the owner have a rich background working with the Department of Health in different areas as a General Contractor. from abating Lead and Asbestos from home to Covid Sanitation. We have developed a flawless system and all our ladies are trained to perform with excellence.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family runs cleaning businesses in Florida and Mass. In 2012 my sister hired me to manage her growing company in Florida and I fell in love with it. Its fulfilling to make a difference in people's lives. Everyonme works so hard and we know it fells great and rewarding to come home to nice spotless home. We fell very honored and we dedicate ourselves fully into honoring the trust of our clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Merry Carol Cleaning has been working with all kinds of cleaning, interior and exterior. Our clientele varies and we're fully dedicated to all of them. From Pro-bono, discounted cliented, to very high end Housekeeping in Mansions in Newport for example. We have expert in various areas of cleaning and housekeeping. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have recently been taken a job that 4 other businesses declined. I'm not gonna get into details, but long story short. Deep Cleaning took 14 man hours, on a regular size home. This family became regular bi-weekly clients, and its so fulfilling to follow up on how organized they have become. How much more they're smiling. We love what we do!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First thing is how well the business communicates and gives feedback. You're given access to your intimacy, your sanctuary. Evaluate them on reputation, expertise, experience, insurance, transparency, professionalism. Your home, as I said previously, is your sanctuary. Don't neglect who you let inside.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will it take? Are technicians trained? Does the business perform background check on employees? Is this business committed on communicating effectively, openly and transparently with me?
