I charge lower average prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will go to the home, or business, and give a free, written estimate. If the homeowner or business owner agrees, we will set up the time that is best for them to do the job. Upon completion of the job I receive payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have experience doing residential, commercial, and business window cleaning, which includes new construction windows.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began doing professional window cleaning for a friend.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, business, and home builders. This includes a range of smaller homes to large homes in gated communities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I do many homes that are on rivers and lakes, so they have large windows for the views. But one had especially dirty windows that were new, so they have not just dirt, but glue and sawdust. They took quite a while, but when I was done, one person said they almost didn’t realize the sliding door was closed because they were so clean. That made it worth all that hard work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who has experience with the type of job you need done and has a reputation for reliability and pride in their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I ready to have this project done now? Do I need this done by a specific time? Do I have a specific limit on how much I can spend on this project so that I can feel comfortable having the work done?
