What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pressure washing prices are .20 cents per square ft . My window jobs are based on a window count and type of windows.(high windows cost 2dollars more a window,windows with storms cost double)Our company also offers house cleaning. We charge 15 dollars a room for weekly/biweekly customers. 25 dollars a room for 1 time deep cleans.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to make a great impression on our new customers.we assure our customers with our expertise in the fields that we work. We strive in making new customers our long term customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 14 years experience in the cleaning and maintenance buissness.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was in high school my neighbor had a pressure washing buissness. I worked with him through the summers. I guess that is were it all started.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A drive that I cleaned and sealed in franklin. When we were finished with the job it looked like it had just been poured.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure any one who you have to do your pressure washing has experiance. Everyone can use a pressure washer,not many can do it right.

Ask themselves how long would this project take me to do.
