What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is based on how long I believe it will take me to complete the job. My experience allows me to do a thorough job in a timely manner keeping your costs down.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once I have a service address I can setup a time to come look at the property or in many cases I can give an estimate right over the phone. I usually schedule within 48 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 2 years business school education. I have been the owner of Crystal Clear Window since 1992 a lot of experience window cleaning and power washing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was a teenager my Mom made me wash the windows in our house. She was so pleased she recommended I start my own businesses. The work is satisfying because it makes people happy. I have washed windows part time for years. I am now a full time window cleaner.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have done all kinds of jobs from as small as a residential home or store front to as large as a 100,000 sqft commercial complex.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Window and Power washing job for one of my long time customers. 3 buildings with a pergola, screened in porch and flagstone patio took us 6.5 hrs. It came out beautiful. The customer was extatic. Very satisfying!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you feel comfortable with your service professional, he will be in and out of your home for hours.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In these critical times make sure the company you choose is practicing social distancing and has sanitizing procedures in place.
