What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices start from $5 to $15 per window. We offer discounts when you want us to do in and out residential and commercial windows.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once the customer contacts us, we reply back to the client in order to get more information about the type of work; then, after agreeing on the price, we set up the schedule to do the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are professional window cleaners, with certifications of Sprat and Irata that provide techniques and knowledge to work at high rise. We have certifications to operate scissors and boom lifts. We are also trained to use the ladders safely.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started 5 years ago in Chicago with a company of high rise buildings, and then we move the company to Texas.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have had many clients in Texas and Chicago, we have over 5000 work hours as a window cleaner.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did the windows some buildings located in Irving. I took two weeks to complete it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend that you always look for professionals. It looks easy, but it takes over 1 year to be a good window cleaner.
